Paula joined MyCWA in late April 2024 and is a highly skilled and adaptable sales professional with extensive leadership experience, specialising in the healthcare sector. With over 25 years of experience in the NHS diagnostic and clinical sales market, Paula has built and led high-performing, collaborative sales teams that have excelled in challenging markets. She is now bringing her expertise to My CWA, securing vital funds through strategic initiatives to support people impacted by domestic abuse.
Over the course of her career, Paula has developed a deep understanding of both primary and secondary healthcare environments. Her expertise spans complex sales and procurement processes, including securing significant contracts with NHS Supply Chain and private sector entities.
Paula has played a key role in the development of Domestic Abuse Experts, quickly gaining a deep understanding of the Engage Approach and our training and consultancy services. Since joining us, she has rapidly developed a thorough knowledge of domestic abuse and the complexities of a whole-family, whole-system approach. Her expertise in how our services can support social care, health, criminal justice, and educational institutions in implementing best practice is substantial; enabling her to guide partners and agencies towards the most suitable pathways for their needs.
