Bella joined My CWA as a volunteer in 2020 and quickly progressed to the role of Family Practitioner within the Accommodation team, alongside obtaining a 1st class BA (hons) in Integrated Working with Children & Families. Shortly after this she was promoted to Behaviour Change Team Lead for My CWA’s innovative Custody Suite programme in 2022.
In her current role, Bella is responsible for leading the launch and implementation of My CWA and Cheshire Constabulary’s innovative intervention programme in custody suites across Cheshire - including overseeing all logistics and partner relationships, managing a team, planning & reporting on the delivery & quality assurance of the programme and identifying any unmet needs among different groups (e.g. young adults, different ethnic backgrounds, and the LGBT community).
Bella has fostered an impressive breadth of positive partner relationships across local authority, ensuring the highest standards of collaboration and meaningful multi-agency working are maintained with priority stakeholders whilst maintaining impressive outcomes for clients who access support.
