Becky Donhue

Becky joined the Training team at My CWA in June 2024, having left an eight-year career in business banking with one of the world's leading banks. She has experience in writing processes, creating training materials and facilitating training sessions. With a background in servicing clients, Becky is well-equipped to ensure the high level of customer satisfaction that we uphold at My CWA. 

Becky attended Sheffield Hallam University and achieved a 2:1 in BA (Hons) English Language. While at university, she worked as a door-to-door charity fundraiser across the South Yorkshire area. Post education, Becky has taken on several voluntary roles, working with young people through The Prince's Trust, teaching children about life skills and at a permaculture farm. 

During Becky's time at My CWA, she has been the point of contact for our training clients, answering queries and taking bookings. Becky is also key in the creation of training materials, such as presentations, manuals and workbooks. She works closely with the wider organisation to bring together My CWA's vision for our educational proposal, ready to be distributed as part of our training packages.
