Amie Main serves as the Team Lead for the Integrated Support Service (Engage 360) at My CWA, where she has been making a significant impact since joining the organisation in September 2023. With an academic background that includes an undergraduate degree in Criminology and Counselling, as well as a Master's degree in Police and Criminal Investigation, Amie’s expertise is well-rounded and deeply relevant to her role. Her master’s studies focused on police responses to sexual abuse, providing her with a keen understanding of the complexities involved in such cases.

Her professional journey began with supporting high-risk victims in emergency accommodation, where she developed a strong foundation in crisis intervention. At My CWA, Amie leads the Engage for Change team with a commitment to providing holistic and integrated support to those affected by domestic abuse. Her approach is informed by her extensive education and practical experience, ensuring that every intervention is both compassionate and effective.
